Super Easy Math is seeking a part time virtual receptionist. This is a work from home position that requires the ability to receive and make customer service phone calls in both a professional manner (kind, knowledgeable, etc.) and environment (quiet, focused).
Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Answer client phone calls professionally
Call potential clients to answer questions and help with registration
Maintain confidential employer and client information
Take notes or transcribe calls
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
Proficient computer skills, including Google Suites (Documents, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
